AI Lead Finder is a full-stack B2B lead generation pipeline built on FastAPI. The user describes their service, AI generates an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Serper.dev searches Google for matching LinkedIn company pages, GPT-5 scores each company for fit, and the Apify LinkedIn scraper enriches top-scoring companies with decision-maker contacts and verified emails. A final website scraping pass catches any remaining email/phone data.
User describes their service → GPT-5 generates a structured Ideal Customer Profile: target roles (15 titles), industries, company size range, pain points, search keywords, and exclusions. User can review and edit the ICP before proceeding.
Each ICP keyword is expanded into 3 variations (e.g. "logistics", "logistics software", "logistics services") and searched via Serper.dev with site:linkedin.com/company. Up to 100 unique companies are collected, deduplicated by name.
Each company is scored 0–100 by GPT-5 based on how well they match the ICP. Scores are colour-coded: green (80+), yellow (60–79), orange (40–59), red (<40). Companies scoring ≥90 are automatically queued for Apify enrichment.
Top 10 companies (score ≥90) are sent to the Apify LinkedIn Company Employees scraper in "Full + email search" mode. ICP target roles are expanded into ~20 keyword variants for maximum matching. Each company gets 10 profiles max. Companies with 0 results get a retry without role filters. Returns: name, title, seniority, verified email, phone, LinkedIn URL, photo.
Playwright visits each company's website (with www/non-www and https/http fallbacks) and scrapes homepage + contact page for emails and phone numbers using regex. This is a free fallback for companies without Apify-enriched contacts.
Results are saved as a session, exportable to colour-coded XLSX (with Score Summary sheet), CSV, or managed through the built-in CRM pipeline (New → Contacted → Replied → Qualified → Won).

When ON, the app uses only free Lead Finder endpoints and blocks every credit-spending action (enrichment, company search, sequences). This is the safe default.
